I have several times tried to update my computer with "kb2656355" at Windows Update. I get an error message with code 800B0100 -An unknown error occurred. I use Windows 7 and this is the only update that I can't install on my computer. Are there any solution for this problem, please?

Based on your description, I think its a Windows issue. In this forum, we discuss issues  related to SQL Server Reporting Services, Power View. I suggest you posting the issue to Windows 7 Forum - TechNet - Microsoft for professional support.
